Holiday break customer service
As always, Better Kid Care On Demand professional development will continue to be available during the holiday break, but our staff will be taking time off starting December 24, 2025. Normal hours will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026. Phone and email support will not be available during that time.
Due to the holiday break, reporting of approved course completions to state registries will be delayed. Courses completed after December 7, 2025, may not be reported until January. All courses completed by December 31, 2025, should be reported by January 16, 2026.
